Corex has opened a new core plant in China
We proudly announce that on the 2nd of August, Corex Finland Oy has completed the acquisition of Topcore, a well-established Finnish core converter with 35 years of experience serving customers in the paper and flexible packaging segments. The acquisition further strengthens our network in the Nordics, where we now operate five converting facilities (three in Finland: Imatra, Loviisa, and Liljendal; and two in Sweden: Bäckefors and Mohed) and one coreboard mill in Pori.
As our CEO, Denis Zenner comments: “We strongly believe in the Nordic market, and adding Topcore to our network will further strengthen our position. After a successful integration of Corex and Corenso, we are ready for a next step in our growth journey.”
