For the textile industry we differentiate between two groups of products:
Yarns and fibres
These cores are used for the extrusion and finishing of various types of yarns and fibres. We have the ideal core for every extrusion line – CF, BCF, POY, PP, PA, viscose and other materials.
The cores are, if desired, provided with a perfect groove, slit or notch. The edges are burnished smooth in order to guarantee flawless performance.
Woven and non-woven materials
Here we are able to suggest parallel wound tubes of various dimensions, provided with a flap if appropriate. In some specific applications, such as carpet backing, agrotextiles and geotextiles, spiral wound tubes are suitable.
No matter what the nature and width of your product, we can offer you the right tube up to a diameter of up to 635 mm. Lengths up to more than 6,000 mm are available. The wall thickness is always determined by the application.
